How to Create to Self-Love, Confidence & Freedom (Part 1)

The Self-love, Confidence & Freedom Masterclass was an intimate free 3-day Live masterclass series I designed to help women learn how to reprogram their bodies & minds to love themselves fully using tools and principles from spiritual intelligence and metaphysics.

You don't have to wait to lose those 10 pounds, fall in love, get the promotion, change jobs, move houses, or whatever it is for you to finally start being confident in your skin & love your life. The lie you've been led to believe is that happiness is outside of you. That if you change your body to look more like someone else then that will make you feel beautiful, lovable, or worthy.

During the masterclass, participants gained clarity on their heart's desires and the best version of themselves. Along with how to reconnect with that part of themselves again on a soul level. When you have clarity paired with a strong desire that comes from an authentic place mountains will move for you. Miracles will happen. Life loves you. Are you ready to love it back?

1. Meet Your Highest Self

What is a "higher self"? When I talk about the highest self I am simply referring to the best version of yourself that you can possibly imagine. I'm not talking about a woman with no flaws, and is perfect. I'm talking about the real you when you embrace your uniqueness and tune into your soul and your life's purpose. The woman in you that lives life from a place of integrity, passion, and gratitude. Who is that person for you?

Often in life, we go through it being so busy, focused on all of lifes milestones, and the endless to-do lists that along the way we lose touch with our bodies, with our souls, and with Source, Source Energy, The Universe, God, whatever you want to call this divine life force.

You are bombarded with be-littering messages from the media, society, and diet culture that make you feel like something is wrong with you. You label yourself or let others put labels on you like "I'm the heavy one", "I'm the fat one", "I'm the ugly one", "I'm the weirdo", labels that hurt you but are not REALLY who you ARE inside. This causes you to spiral into negative self-talk, self-doubt, and patterns of self-sabotage. You do this and then you blame the world around you for being too hard, not fair, bringing you bad luck, and for not giving you a break.

Albert Einstein said, "There are two kinds of people - those who believe everything is a miracle, and those who believe nothing is a miracle." Which kind of person are you?

Which kind of person is your Highest Self? Is she kind, loving, caring, smart, beautiful, confident, and free? Does she see every day that she is alive as a miracle? Is she kind to herself? does she treat her body well? Does she look for the best in every situation, is she waking up each morning with passion & energy? Is she living her life full of joy?

When life gets stressful we start to live in reaction mode. You stop running your life and your life starts running you. When you do this you get disconnected from your true self, from the vision of your highest self. You can not live in a state of LOVE and FEAR at the same time. It's one or the other. The choice is ALWAYS up to you. Are you willing to accept the responsibility?

Dreaming of your highest self should be a joyful process. Meeting your highest self should be a daily ritual if you want to feel what it's like to BE that woman and have that incredible life and who loves her body. The secret is you ALREADY are HER. It's time to recconect.

1. Why are you here?

2. What do you need clarity on?

3. What does your heart desire most?

4. What makes you unique?

5. What do you love most about yourself?

6. What would you be doing if nothing was holding you back?

7. Where do you want to be 10 years from now?

8. Describe who you want your highest self to be in as much detail as possible.
Write out what she thinks when she wakes up and falls asleep, how she looks at herself in the mirror (is it with eyes of love?), How does she dress? What does she look like? Who is she with? What does she do to create joy? How does she serve overs? What does "me time" look like? What are her spiritual practices?

Go ahead, dive in. Dig deep.

Ask your highest self to show you the answers and she will guide you. The answers may not come up right away but they will over time if they are not clear after doing the above exercises.

Meeting my highest self is a daily self-love ritual of mine. I used this as a spiritual manifestation technique to build a more kind & loving relationship with my body. Through it, I've experienced huge life shifts in all areas of my life. I've been able to meet and step into the highest version of my life. I encourage you to try it too.
